Colour Palettes

Here's some color references for my final project

and i pick 5 colors for each color palettes.

Flow Chart...

It's another post again...

this round i'll talk a little bit about what is flow chart

and how it works.

flowchart are actually looks similar with mind-map but the different is

flowchart is all about the 'starting', 'task/process', 'decision', 'conclusion'.

they use many different way to show in flowchart like

using oval shaped as the 'starting', the rectangle shaped for 'task/process',

the diamond shaped for 'decision'.

these shapes are commonly used in flowchart presentation

and it works out perfectly because

it allow everyone to get the

big picture of the details.

well...this is part of my assignment

so here's the questions...

Why do you want to use flowchart in your mobile interface design & screen interface design?

Sometimes we might get stuck in the details of our idea, for avoiding this kind of situation i think flowchart is one of the way to solve the problem. It allow everyone to get the big picture of the details and also the easier way to let us see clearly during the process of our work. The visual display of this process helps convey the high level structure and the details in the way that written procedure simply cannot.

How will it help your users to meet the interactive goals?

I think is just the boundary of the process, the starting events and the end result then start listing the steps of the process. So the users probably would know what is next after this, through this it also helps the audience or users to know the whole process easier to understand, more informative and more effective.

and so i have to do something with the icon and the flower

for the 1st design i didn't do any sketches about

how it's going to be look like

then i just simply made one.

after that our lecturer said that we still can refine it

but yea i can refine whenever i want...

what about the marks?

by the way...

for the updated "Contact" icon

what I've change is the leaves and the flower

and i added some details for the phone also

because i heard somebody said

the phone looks like a Tobacco Pipe =.='''

yea and i added the details on it to avoid it

so it won't looks like

the smoke pipe anymore!

well...the details does help a lot.

O ya... and the flower

Icons

This is the first icon i ever made

called "Buddy Icon"

this character are actually my classmate EeLing.

and this is me...made by EeLing.

SookChiung ask us to do this assignment in class and submit on the same day.

this is our first lesson also.

all we learn from this icon is how to make the icon's lighting.

i choose "D" for this icon

because it's the initial letter from my name 'D'eclyle.

10 things about "me"

here it is

my "10 things about me"

One

firstly is i can get into another 'circle' easily

like i can get myself involve into it

usually there are some few peoples that is notsuppose to join

but for me...

i would like to try and explore something

new to me like and so i will get myself involve

but still... i have my own limitation that makes

me won't cross over the line.

Two

well...sometimes i get myself involve with

something "bad" or some "bad" peoples

still i do watch my own image

everyone has their own image

because image is your identity.

three

when i get involve into something

but still i can get myself out from the 'circle'

this is important to everyone of us

if we too into something and

we're not able to turn back to a clear mind and think.

this will cause some serious problems.

Four

thinking are important for me as well

like if we just stay in the 'circle' we used to stay with

and what we sees and think are just that much

which is a small 'circle'

and so

be open-minded are the way to accept

the other way to sees or think,

you'll slowly join another new 'circle'

Five

the network are also important for everyone of us

the bigger range of network you have

the more you'll learn

and your identity getting stronger and obvious

by the more 'circle' u link with.

Six

Popularity are also what I've been looking for

since the time i manage to another high school.

during that time, before the day i start my class in

another high school i tell myself

"i must jump into other circles"

and so the more i go and slowly my popularity are gaining

for me

my confidence come from

the more people know my identity

because it really brings me out from the other.

Seven

the way i sees things

i always be the 3rd person and from this position

you will never realize how clearly

things that are very complicated had

solve in your eyes.

what is mature?

this question stuck in my mind for quite a while

I still don't get what exactly mature is...

of course I asked many friends with different views

and i always get the same answer

" the way you think "

of course i know this but no one can tell

which is the actual way are mature ?

Each person has their own dream

dreams that can come true

or dreams that remain in their mind

well...i can say it's the way we find our

own purpose to live.

what we live for ?

for work? for money? for power?

it's up to us to decide what we live for

without dreams we don't even know where we're

actually heading to...

my dreams are quite flexible i can say...haha

but there're still a few dreams that we don't break

even we can't have it.

Hi! I'm back again...

well, it's been a while since i logged on to start blogging.

I'm now in 3rd Sem which is a short semester...

the last post was still in 1st Sem...haha

sorry for my laziness.

In this Semester,

I've only 5 subjects to study...

i thought it will be easy and more relax than the past few semester

although it's a short semester...

but i have to manage my time like hell

because the works are still the same...

and so our deadline become shorten then. T.T
